Leopardo Construction, a leading construction services firm, announced that it has been awarded the general contract for the construction of an 80-story, 900,000-square-foot tower at 830 South Michigan Avenue. Marketed as Park Michigan, the building will reach 855 feet tall to rank as one of Chicago's 10 tallest and the city's tallest tower south of Van Buren.
