Merit Funding Launches Interest Only California Mortgage Option Loans for Residential Purchase or Refinance Loans

Merit Funding, Inc of California is providing residential mortgage borrowers with a new flexible payment interest only mortgage program. Each month, a borrower has the option to make an interest only payment or a fully amortized payment on their California mortgage loan. The flexible payment program has several options available from short term adjustable rate to 30 year fixed rate notes. The program allows borrowers to have better control over their monthly payments so they can choose to pay their mortgage down quicker or improve monthly cash flow.
