JRS Architect, P.C. Expanding its New York City Presence, Agrees to Acquire Design Firm Soffes Wood, Inc.

JRS Architect, P.C., which has offices on Long Island and New Jersey has agreed to acquire the New York City-based design firm Soffes Wood, Inc. The deal will give JRS a physical presence in Manhattan, the largest corporate interior design market in the country. Both firms have done extensive bank branch design work for North Fork Bank.
